LIPO CAVITATION - BODY CONTOURING & FAT REDUCTION, HEREFORD

Lipo Cavitation (also often referred to as ultrasound or ultrasonic cavitation) is a highly effective, natural, non-surgical treatment for fat removal, cellulite reduction, body contouring, and skin tightening.

Lipo cavitation specifically targets and reduces localised (subcutaneous) fat and cellulite that is more resistant to diet and exercise. It does this safely, efficiently, and non-invasively, which is why it has also been referred to as non-surgical liposuction. Unlike liposuction, Lipo Cavitation requires no incision, no anaesthesia, no recovery time, and it is a natural and pain free treatment.

It can be applied to most areas of the body including the abdomen, thighs, hips, buttocks, love handles and upper arms.

How does Lipo Cavitation with Radiofrequency work?

Lipo cavitation targets stubborn fat cells (subcutaneous) in the underlying skin layers using low-frequency ultrasound waves to break down the fat without disturbing any other cells or organs in the body.

The pressure caused by the sound waves creates bubbles to form within the fat membranes reducing them to liquid form (lipids). This fatty liquid is then eliminated naturally through the body’s normal metabolic process. So, the more water you drink before and after your treatments, the better your body will be at flushing this fatty liquid out.

This treatment has the added benefit of radiofrequency (RF) energy which targets fat through heat energy. This unique blend of energies (sound and heat), work together to create a result of greater fat reduction, skin tightening, body contouring, cellulite reduction, and collagen production, repair, and regeneration.

Is Lipo Cavitation safe?

Lipo cavitation is a safe, FDA approved treatment. Unlike conventional treatments such as liposuction, there is no incision, no anaesthesia, no recovery time, and it is a natural and pain free treatment.

What to expect during the Lipo Cavitation treatment

This treatment usually takes up to an hour and you will be awake throughout. During the treatment, a light buzzing of the ultrasound will be audible, and a warm sensation can be felt over the skin. Clients experience minimal if any discomfort. Some clients may experience a small amount of redness on the treated areas which is very normal and will usually subside within 30 minutes.

You may feel a little thirsty after the treatment as the body wants to flush the waste products (fatty liquid) from the body. Drinking at least two litres of water a day throughout your treatment programme (and ideally beyond) is therefore important to aid this elimination process. The more you drink, the more you will lose.

When will I see the results and how many treatments should I have?

Most clients experience an immediate, visible inch loss after their first treatment and then all subsequent treatments. The results continue as the body eliminates the liquid fat over the next 3 to 5 days following each treatment.

As part of your initial consultation, I will discuss your treatment programme. Typically, a course of 8 to 10 treatments is recommended to get more dramatic results. Some clients may need / want less.

My treatments are results driven and tailored to my client’s aims. Each client’s body will respond differently, and this is also dependant on my clients keeping hydrated and following a healthy and active lifestyle during their treatment programme and beyond.

Are the results permanent?

If you maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, results will be long-lasting.

Lipo cavitation is great for those stubborn areas of fat that diet and exercise struggle to eliminate. This is the fat that has accumulated just under the skin (subcutaneous fat) and that is also responsible for cellulite.

Fat at deeper levels (visceral fat) is responsive to diet and exercise. As such, it is important for my clients and I to work together to maximise overall and long-term results.

Is Lipo Cavitation suitable for me?

Lipo cavitation fat reduction should not be a substitute for exercise and healthy eating. It is best supported by following a well-balanced diet (which should also include drinking two litres of water a day) coupled with an active lifestyle.

Clients who are ideal for this treatment are in good health, have a BMI of 29 or under, and are struggling to reduce those more stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise.

It is important that you feel confident that you have chosen a treatment that is right for you which is why I carry out a thorough consultation prior to your treatment programme.
