TREATMENT TIMINGS & PRICES

Reflexology treatments usually last around an hour, a Reiki session 50 minutes, 40 minutes for Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage and typically one hour for a Lipo Cavitation treatment.

Your first treatment may take a little longer and includes a complimentary health and lifestyle consultation. This will allow me to develop a tailored treatment plan which will vary for each client.
