50 Foods in a Week Challenge

With around 70% of our immune system in our gut, it makes sense to feed ourselves an array of nourishing foods, right?


Also known as our ‘second brain’, our gut influences our mood, health - mental, physical and emotional, and how we feel about ourselves.


I’m not a nutritional expert, I’ve just got a passion for great nutrition. And I do know that this isn’t is about increasing my intake, rather increasing variety throughout the week.
